Hungerhill School opened in 1976 as a co-educational comprehensive of
approximately 800 students. It is a very successful and popular
school with an excellent reputation, both in the local community and
the wider area.
Its aim is to help young people to develop in today’s society and prepare them for adult
lives.
All students are valued as individuals and given
as much opportunity as possible to reach their full potential. The
school believes that everyone has talents and that it is the
school's responsibility to discover their talents.

people and staff do. There is a firm belief in expecting the best
